Ingredients
- 4 cup raw corn flakes(Maize Poha)
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 cup raw curry leaves
- 2 spoons powdered sugar
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil to fry
- Chilli Powder (optional)
Directions
- Heat oil to fry in a wok.
- When oil is hot, start frying the maize poha or corn flakes, peanuts and curry leaves till golden brown.
- Put everything in a big bowl.
- Now mix salt, sugar and chili powder in all the above ingredients.
- Let it cool and store it in the air tight container.
